Founding Pass · Withdrawal and refund requests

You can withdraw from your Founding Pass purchase within 14 days after your pass is confirmed, for any reason, and get a full refund until 14 days after you get the app: that’s our refund promise. Give the email you paid with, your pass number and a few words on why. When they match your pass, the full refund goes back to your card automatically and an email confirms it. I withdraw from my contract for the BeMan Founding Pass and ask for a full refund.

Nothing to send on paper. You can also email hello@beman.app with the email you paid with, or send a letter to the address in the Terms of Sale, section 6. A refunded pass is cancelled, and its place and number can go to a new buyer.
