1. What BeMan is today
BeMan is an app in development, for iPhone. It isn’t available yet: it comes out on December 15, 2026, for everyone at the same time. What this site shows as planned is planned, and features can change.
If you bought a Founding Pass, the Terms of Sale cover your pass. Where they differ from these terms, the Terms of Sale apply.
2. Early access
Early access is BeMan’s free email list. You join it with your email address and by ticking the box. You get a welcome email, and an email the day the app comes out. We may also email you about BeMan’s development and launch, and offers such as the Founding Pass. Early access gives no access to the app: the app itself is paid, and it comes out for everyone on the same day.
Early access has no set closing date. Joining doesn’t commit you to buy anything: the Founding Pass is optional.
3. Who can join
You must be 18 or older and use your own email address. Don’t sign anyone else up.
4. Not medical care
BeMan is not therapy, medical care or a treatment. Nothing on this site or in our emails is medical advice.
If you’re in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 911 in the US). In the US you can also call or text 988.
5. Using the site
Don’t misuse it: no bots or automated sign-ups, no attempts to break, overload or copy the site, and nothing that breaks the law.
6. Names and content
The BeMan name, logo, text and design belong to Aleksandar DZAVRIC EI, or are used with permission. Don’t reuse them without asking.
Other companies’ names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners. BeMan isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Leaving, and closing early access
You can leave the list at any time with the link in any of its emails, or by writing to hello@beman.app. Leaving stops the list’s emails, including the email the day the app comes out.
If you bought a Founding Pass, emails about your purchase still come after you leave the list: your order email, any refund email, and the email on the day the app is available to you.
We may close early access or stop the project. If we do, we tell the list by email.
8. Liability
The site and early access are free and provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change matters to you, we email the list before it applies.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer rules. You can bring a claim in the courts of France or of the country where you live; we can bring a claim against you only in the courts where you live.
